Executes small retrofit and upgrade projects, while maintaining a basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot BMS/BAS service-related calls Demonstrates knowledge in the commercial HVAC sequence of operation, basic computer knowledge, basic building construction operations. Completes tasks in a timely manner Follow safety requirements as outlined GUNTHERS Maintain complete and accurate documentation of services performed and generates reports Provides exceptional customer service Completes any additional tasks as outlined by supervisor Building Automation Technician Qualifications: 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC equipment Knowledge of building automation systems, PLCs, HVAC, electrical concepts, and building operations Engineering and programming (PLC or BMS) background helpful Ability and willingness to work in a variety of circumstances Follows GUNTHERS dress and appearance standards.
