Tidy & sort garbage rooms, check for garbage and check lights for burned out bulbs in common areas of building
Vacuum and clean halls & amenity rooms, maintain cleanliness of lobby, clean elevators and windows.
Maintain log of any resident complaints or violations, view security monitors periodically, and act as on site point of contact for emergency situations.
Scheduling move ins and outs in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure storage rooms, mechanical rooms, parkades, bicycle rooms, hallways, stairways, and all other common areas are kept free of inappropriate items.
Inspecting all common areas daily, taking required action and maintaining accurate records
