WHAT WE NEED

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong ability to interface with clients, trades, and internal departments.
  • High attention to detail and organizational accuracy, combined with energy, creativity, and resilience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
  • Demonstrated confidence in dealing with various stakeholders, including general contractors and the installation teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Project, and ERP systems (Epicor or equivalent).
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
  • Technical aptitude in construction, architecture, or fabrication preferred.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Formal training or certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably with ACM panels, building cladding, or commercial construction.

Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers in maintaining project data used for reporting and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Lead internal collaboration to develop and refine workflows that capture client expectations and maintain budget control.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work, including engineering, permitting, panel fabrication, extrusion procurement, finishing, and installation.
  • Act as a primary liaison with clients, contractors, and site supervisors; maintain frequent oral and written communication throughout the project.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and installation schedules that align with field conditions and fabrication timelines.
  • Secure timely approvals from stakeholders such as landlords, contractors, consultants, and franchise partners.
  • Monitor and control project costs, specifically tracking non-recurring design, engineering, and production expenses.
  • Conduct regular site visits or remote inspections (as needed) to ensure alignment with design intent and jobsite conditions.
  • Champion health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all legislated employment, plant, and jobsite standards.
