Responsibilities
  • Conduct BCA/NCC assessments and provide expert regulatory advice
  • Issue permits and authorisations in accordance with the Airports Act 1996 and Airports (Building

Control) Regulations 1996

  • Undertake on-site inspections and prepare compliance reports
  • Engage in performance-based solution assessments in collaboration with fire engineers and Fire

& Rescue

  • Represent the Airport Building Controller in client meetings, workshops and compliance training

sessions

  • Navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with confidence and clarity.
