REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of relevant experience in construction projects (fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Assist the Project Director in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule, specifications, and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, documents, and reports.
• Track project costs and support in ensuring budgetary control.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
