REQUIREMENTS:
- Min have completed Multi-Skilled personnel certs
- Diploma Electrical OR relevant trade certificate
- Experience in Building constructon works & Building Maintenance works
- Min 6 years of working experience in in Building Construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- To Lead and supervise the team of construction workers & monitoring progress in various projects
- To ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide necessary training to the team
- To ensure all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- To Plan ,monitoring of progress and timely completion of projects
- To Prepare Monthly site Progress
- Attending site meetings for smooth coordination
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and arrange to conduct site inspection.
- To Supervise the building maintenance works
