Salary: Scale 1C, NJC Spinal Column Point 4, £24,404 (full time equivalent) per annum

You will provide important assistance to the Building Control Managers to support the delivery of other delegated functions such as Energy Performance of Buildings legislation, delivery of Property Certificates, Street Signage, Stakeholder projects and other unit initiatives etc.
Duties to include examination and assessment of submitted building plans and specifications as required and also field tests as appropriate on foundations, drains and building materials generally.
