In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of building services, ensuring that all facilities are running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations. You will serve as a key contact for tenants and contractors, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and other services to enhance the overall functioning of the building. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and maintenance staff to address repairs and service requests promptly. Manage tenant communications, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the building and its facilities to identify and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and tenant interactions. Assist in budgeting and financial management related to building operations and maintenance. Stay current on industry trends, building codes, and best practices to ensure optimal performance. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to building management. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Management, or a related field. Proven experience in building coordination, facility management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of building systems and services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships with tenants and contractors. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address issues proactively. Proficiency in relevant software tools for building management and reporting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
