BUILDING DESIGN SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience
• Proficiency with tools such as ETABS, RISA, RAM, Revit, and other structural design software
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Passion for mentoring and technical leadership

• Lead the structural design process on complex building projects from concept through construction
• Perform advanced design and analysis using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development initiatives
• Support project management and participate in client-facing interactions
