Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Trade School in HVAC, plumbing or electrical Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience General Experience and knowledge of applicable fire codes and DOH LS / TJC standards Required 2 years experience in building mechanical operations Preferred Licenses Drivers License Required
