Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on contract matters to project managers and operational staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring seamless integration with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This role focuses on managing technical aspects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Work closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and contractors to align building works with project objectives while managing schedules for timely execution.
  • Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, oversee site operations, and ensure MEP systems are effectively integrated within the building structure.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce strict safety protocols during construction.
  • Maintain detailed records of design changes, construction progress, and quality control measures while providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • At least 4 years of experience in large-scale building construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge in architectural design, structural engineering, and MEP integration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Positive work attitude with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
