JOB DESCRIPTION

The Building Engineering Services Technical Assurance Manager is part of a small team which supports the Construction & Fit Out Function within Change Delivery, delivering the ‘intelligent client’ building services function on major capital new build and refurbishment projects. Also supporting the Estates Lifecyle Maintenance and minor works projects across the HMRC estate.
This role is accountable to the Estates SLT, and Estates Change Board.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• You will be required to hold a relevant Building Engineering Services qualification as a minimum, as well as significant exposure to the criteria above.

This job is broadly open to the following groups:
