About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team for a 1-month contract role, working on a range of Remedial and building refurbishment projects. This is an immediate start opportunity ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for Strata and commercial refurbishment projects
• Review tender documents, plans, and specifications
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess risks
• Deliver timely submissions and work closely with the project and construction teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the Remedial refurbishment sector
• Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
