BUILDING/GROUNDS/MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT The BGM Assistant will be expected to perform the routine maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Teammate Expectations: * Willingness and ability to operate various types of equipment and tools. * Willingness and ability to complete physical / manual labor when needed and per direction given. * Willingness to do all that is needed or requested to maintain facilities, equipment, and operations in a safe, functional and quality manner. * Must be self driven, team oriented, flexible and able to effectively deal with situations and problems as they arise. Responsibilities: * Routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and cleaning * Assist with farming duties / operations * Work with and get along with fellow team mates as needed. * Maintain and repair facilities * Maintain and repair equipment * Do whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for teammates * Have Fun and Be Positive Everyday! Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * Carpentry skills preferred * Mechanical skills preferred * Valid driver license & insurable under company provider * Team player with ability to work independently * Physically able and willing to do manual labor
