Job Description Pay rate: $21.40 per hour Shift Hours: 8am- 4 pm +OT (Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) JOB DESCRIPTION Painting, Floor repair, concrete layout and repair. Repair doors, windows, walls, etc. Electrical, plumbing Carpentry, roof repair Welding Repair and install sinks, soap dispensers, etc. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years building maintenance experience Must be able to operate hand and power tools Must be able to weld and use cutting equipment Must have good electrical skills with ability to read electrical schematics and blue prints Have understanding of OSHA standards and guidelines Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
