TERM: FULL TIME AND PERMANENT

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and good work ethic Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our apartment building complex is located within walking distance to downtown Sudbury. Almost all works are indoor and at one location.

• General repairs carpentry, drywall repairs/mudding, basic electrical, plumbing including flush valves, taps, shower heads, sink installs, tap installs, caulking, minor appliance repair, boiler heating, locks, keys, deadbolts, door closers leaky taps, replace and/or repair plugged toilets. Perform routine walk through of the buildings for building safety and preventative maintenance.
• Perform carpentry tasks including flooring installation and residential painting.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete construction projects efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and restoration work to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
• Adhere to safety regulations while handling materials and equipment on-site.
  Qualifications & Skills:
• Must have own vehicle.
• Available to work full time and occasional weekends.
• Basic knowledge in construction (flooring, painting, kitchen/bathroom renovations, drywall, basic plumbing and electrical… etc)
• Must take pride in workmanship.
  Paid Semi-monthly. All jobs are in one apartment building complex.

  Pay: $19.83-$28.00 per hour
