Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician (Electrician NVQ L3)

Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum

Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work is carried out on the required date and all paperwork is sent electronically to the office to enable upload to the Client Portal. Ensure Remedial and Reactive jobs are responded to and rectified within the SLA timescale.
Obtain SIA “Front Line” certification, this can be attained once in role and is to provide support to the security team on site. The cost of this training will be covered by Ascot Services. Be a willing member of an on-call rota (usually 1 in 4), please see the renumeration detail in the bullet points below.
