JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and overall condition of our facilities through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.
This role requires a solid understanding of building systems—including HVAC, electrical, and industrial maintenance—along with strong computer proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and contractors.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and improvements.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and upgrades to equipment and systems.
  • Train and mentor maintenance personnel to ensure high performance and safety awareness.
