The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems critical to the production of commercial brewing equipment. This is a hands-on role that supports operational efficiency and equipment reliability in a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including welding systems, laser/turret machines, brake press machines, hydraulic equipment, and pneumatic tools. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Inspect equipment, identify worn or defective parts, and replace components as needed. Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times. Assist in maintaining facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred. Familiarity with food-grade manufacturing equipment a plus. Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical schematics. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and standing for long periods. PLC troubleshooting and basic programming knowledge a plus. Welding and fabrication experience. Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety practices.
