Description Maintenance Superintendent Compensation: Starting at $28.85/hour Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys leading projects to success? We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Superintendent to oversee all physical aspects of the building. In this role, you will be the driving force behind property upkeep and contractor management . If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in an independent working environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Utilize your expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building infrastructure and equipment. Oversee all property maintenance, including inspecting and signing off on the work of subcontractors, cleaning companies, and flooring installers. Conduct daily building walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, staff, and visitors. Work closely with the Site Manager and City Manager to report job progress, manage daily supply needs, and keep the building fully stocked. Maintain a neat, organized workspace and consistently adhere to all company safety and health policies. Why Join Us? Requirements What You Bring to the Table (Requirements) Strong foundational experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting). A strong commitment to safety. A proven ability to work independently, manage your own time, and take ownership of the property. Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs. Comfortable with basic computer skills, including email and video conferencing for team check-ins. Exceptional communication skills when reporting to management and interacting with community members.
Responsibilities
