In training the world’s newest flight crews, it is essential to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in maintaining the College’s fleet of aircraft.
MFC Training is currently looking for Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Moncton, NB.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently holds a valid Class 5 driver’s license
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Must possess strong interpersonal, decision making, organization and communication skills

• General maintenance and upkeep around campus
• Light cleaning and tidying in dormitory rooms as students leave to get ready for new students
• Coordination with contractors on work needed:
• Contact, quote and work coordinating with our contractors including the following but not limited to:
• Summer lawn maintenance contractor
• Winter parking lot/ramp show removal
• Plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc.
• Building work needed to be completed by outside contractors
• Coordinating with MFC snow team to keep sidewalks and entrances clean in winter.
• Coordinating company vehicle maintenance with Campus Manager
• There will be some travel between Moncton and Fredericton campuses (but this position is mainly based in Moncton)
• Reports to the Campus Manager
• Other duties as assigned
