Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 1 in 5 on-call commitment with additional pay and enhanced rates.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and responding to user needs, resolving problems and complaints, and liaising effectively with other staff groups. You will train, monitor, and supervise OCS technical service team, this team is built up of a number of engineers with all skillsets such as electric, gas, plumbing, HVAC and fabrication.
Your role will oversee the proactive and reactive tasks including maintenance PPM schedules for onsite assets. To use your technical expertise and ability to teach essential skills will be crucial in ensuring high standards of service delivery.

AS PART OF YOUR ROLE, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Delivering the Service - On a daily basis, Supervisors will be required to identify and respond to user needs and to solve problems/complaints as and when they arise.
  • A Supervisor will be required to have the knowledge and technical ability to be able to undertake and teach staff the skills necessary to complete service delivery.
  • Planning, inspecting, and carrying out repairs or preventative maintenance as required and responding to breakdowns in a timely fashion.
  • Carry out reactive and planned services in a range of environments from offices, commercial, distribution and industrial premises.
  • Being an ambassador for the customer; dealing professionally with complaints and queries
  • Support engineer sub-contractors upon attending site.
  • Providing technical guidance to the client and contract support
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with agreed specifications and in line with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Adhering to PPM’s in a timely manner
  • Working on a on-call Rota (1 in 4 weeks) additional payments to be received
