Description Wild Bill's Tobacco is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Tech to maintain properties in the OHIO area. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of plumbing, construction, and electrical work, and may also work on exterior maintenance tasks such as painting, window replacement, and A/C condenser repairs. Responsibilities: - Conducting quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems - Repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Conduct building walk-throughs for potential locations - Conduct building measurements for potential locations - Addressing security and safety issues - Testing and recommending new maintenance products - Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers - Documenting inspections and issues - Performing landscaping, general maintenance, and pest control - Managing an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies - Training junior staff if applicable Qualifications: - Construction skills including carpentry, painting, and plumbing Ability to use measuring devices (tape or laser) a PLUS! - Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for maintenance problem-solving - Administrative skills for supply ordering, record-keeping, and maintenance scheduling - Physical strength and dexterity to handle equipment - Stamina for prolonged standing and walking - Strong verbal and written communication skills for discussing maintenance issues - Ability to work in extreme temperatures - Organizational and time management skills Experience: 3 years of building maintenance experience Benefits Offered: Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Requirements Must have valid driver license Must be 21 years or older Must be able to pass a background check Working conditions: Must be able to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and carry objects, climbing ladders, maneuvering on uneven surfaces, bending and stooping, working in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time and working outdoors in inclement conditions hot or cold.
