QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and basic building codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lighting.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies during or outside of regular business hours.
• Maintain and repair walls, doors, windows, ceilings, floors, and other structural elements.
• Ensure building systems (e.g., fire alarms, sprinkler systems, access controls) are functioning correctly and compliant with regulations.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate ordering or restocking.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and scheduled tasks.
• Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
