Description Building Maintenance Technician Natrona Heights $20.00+ per hour BOE Position Overview: Arbors Management is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Natrona Heights. This is a full-time position that requires basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Perform basic plumbing tasks (e.g., repairing toilets, drains, and hot water tanks) Handle basic electrical work (e.g., switches, fixtures, outlets) Paint interior and exterior surfaces Hang and repair drywall Manage custodial duties, including trash removal and groundskeeping Respond to emergency repair requests during on-call hours Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure facility upkeep Qualifications of a Maintenance Technician include: High school diploma or equivalent Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and custodial tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and perform physical tasks Willingness to learn and adapt as needed Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
