Description Maintenance Technician – Franklin & Stoneboro, PA Pay: $26+ per hour (depending on experience) Arbors Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to care for two smaller, well-maintained apartment buildings located in Franklin and Stoneboro, PA. These are stable properties with organized management, reasonable workloads, and residents who take pride in where they live. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, local work without being spread across a large portfolio.
