Description Maintenance Technician – Franklin & Stoneboro, PA Pay: $26+ per hour (depending on experience) Arbors Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to care for two smaller, well-maintained apartment buildings located in Franklin and Stoneboro, PA. These are stable properties with organized management, reasonable workloads, and residents who take pride in where they live. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, local work without being spread across a large portfolio. The Role Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs for two residential buildings Complete work orders and address resident requests in a timely manner Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, fixtures, and doors Complete apartment turnovers when units become vacant Maintain common areas and building exteriors Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies What Makes This Position Different Buildings are already well maintained Consistent, manageable workflow Supportive management with clear communication Local travel between Franklin and Stoneboro only What We’re Looking For Prior apartment or building maintenance experience preferred General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Professional and respectful when interacting with residents Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required No formal certifications required Why Arbors Management Arbors Management has a long-standing reputation for caring for its properties and employees alike.
