The Role (Key Responsibilities) You will be responsible for ensuring our residents have a safe, functional, and well-maintained place to live: Core Repairs: Perform essential maintenance in plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures), and carpentry (drywall, cabinets, locks). Unit Turnovers: Prepare vacated apartments for new residents with quality repairs and painting. Digital Work Orders: Use our mobile application to receive tasks, track time, and document completed work. Emergency Response: Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies. What You Bring Experience: 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or residential construction. Technical Skills: Proficiency with mobile devices and apps for data entry and communication.
