Position: Maintenance Technician – Condominium & HOA Communities Location: Carolina Regional Office – Raleigh, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with on-call rotation Pay: $24–$28 per hour based on experience What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across multiple condominium and homeowner association communities. Responsibilities include: Performing building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and general upkeep Maintaining exterior community features such as gutters, roofs, doors, trim, and lighting Responding to service requests and maintenance issues efficiently Delivering professional customer service to homeowners and association boards Managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or building maintenance experience Skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work Experience working on exterior building components such as gutters, doors, trim, and roofs Ability to work safely on ladders and exterior projects Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks HVAC experience is a plus Requirements 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or building maintenance experience Truck or van required for daily use (mileage reimbursement provided) Basic hand and power tools required Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Ability to use a mobile phone for work order systems Willing to complete background and drug screening if offered employment Why Join Towne Properties Mileage reimbursement, work boot reimbursement, and company uniforms 401(k) with generous company match Health, dental, and vision insurance + FSAs Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Training and certifications through Towne University Energage Top Workplace 2018–2025 Grow Your Career With Us At Towne Properties, we value skill, reliability, and professionalism.
