Position: Maintenance Technician – Condominium & HOA Communities Location: Carolina Regional Office – Raleigh, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with on-call rotation Pay: $24–$28 per hour based on experience What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across multiple condominium and homeowner association communities. Responsibilities include: Performing building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and general upkeep Maintaining exterior community features such as gutters, roofs, doors, trim, and lighting Responding to service requests and maintenance issues efficiently Delivering professional customer service to homeowners and association boards Managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs What You Bring 2+ years with exterior repairs, specifically deck building, siding and window trim repairs.
