Description
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of company facilities within an assigned service area. This position performs preventative maintenance, responds to facility issues, coordinates repairs, and helps ensure a safe and efficient environment for employees and patients. Most work is performed independently and requires regular travel between locations.   Essential Responsibilities * Travel to assigned Lawall locations to perform general building maintenance and repairs. * Receive, prioritize, and complete work orders using the designated service tracking system. * Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems and equipment. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to prevent property damage and safety risks. * Complete minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other building components. * Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs and maintenance projects. * Conduct site visits to ensure maintenance standards and procedures are being followed. * Follow all company policies, safety practices, and compliance requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned.   Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Commercial building maintenance experience. * Working knowledge of HVAC systems. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize assignments. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience using ServiceNow or similar work order systems. * Basic knowledge of iPhone, iPad, and general computer operations Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties involving standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching. * Ability to work indoors and outdoors and travel regularly between assigned locations.
