Description Join the Pine Haven Team! Pine Haven Christian Communities is looking for a Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our campuses safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. Schedule: 20 hours per week (40 per pay period) Includes an every 5th weekend rotation What You’ll Do: Tackle everyday repairs (drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Keep buildings clean, safe, and well-maintained Handle work orders and respond to maintenance requests promptly Help care for grounds, walkways, and seasonal needs (snow/salting support) Assist with building systems (HVAC, fire safety, sprinklers) Work with teammates and contractors to get the job done Be part of an on-call rotation for occasional emergencies What We’re Looking For: A hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things Someone reliable, organized, and team-oriented A commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff If you enjoy variety in your day and take pride in keeping things running right, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements Driving record which meets insurance company guidelines Prior experience in building maintenance Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
