Renyx Group is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!
We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to handle both general building maintenance and cleaning responsibilities to ensure our properties are well-maintained, safe, and clean.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in general building maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of fire and safety
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• G or G2 Driver’s License is required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Perform a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks
• Complete painting, drywall repairs, flooring repairs, basic plumbing, and other general upkeep duties
• Ensure cleanliness of the building and maintain cleanliness standards
• Conduct routine cleaning of common areas, hallways, garbage rooms, stairwells, etc.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned
