We are looking for an energetic, team-focused building maintenance professional to join us in Fort Collins, CO. Essential Functions: Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) Other duties as assigned Requirements Requirements: Previous experience as maintenance technician (1-3 years required) Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Must be comfortable with operating a scissor lift Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time Ability to bend and twist Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test and criminal background check Must have a valid driver's license Benefits: Paid Time Off and Sick Time 401k matching Health and Dental Benefits Life Insurance Dental Bill reimbursements 9 Paid Holidays We believe your Birthday is a holiday and is treated as such!
