Description
• Will have overall responsibility for seeing that the grounds and buildings are the best they can be.
• Keep common areas painted and in like-new condition.
• Keep all interior lights working.
• Maintain filters in all heating and cooling units.
• Maintain grounds in a pristine manner.
• Maintain the exterior of buildings including keeping the outside windows clean.
• Keep van maintained and in working order.
• Driver's License Class C required
Requirements
Experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, grounds maintenance, and general overall building repairs. Must be able to lift, push, pull 50# on a consistent basis, in noncontrolled environment. Work Weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure they are in excellent condition. This includes tasks such as painting common areas, maintaining lighting, and keeping the exterior clean.
