If so, Kelson Group is looking for a Maintenance Worker with strong skills in plumbing, carpentry and electrical to work with our team in Edmonton and area.

Our aim is to provide apartments to help our residents live better! As a Maintenance worker for Kelson Group, your work is to deliver outstandingly customer service along with repairs and maintenance of a residential apartment complex(s) which is a huge part of how we live out this promise for our residents every day.
Responsibilities include performing physical, construction related tasks, operating various hand and power tools, cleaning and preparing work sites, and completing required maintenance tasks using a variety of basic craft skills, such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Communication with residents and building managers will be required to complete these tasks. A minimum of 4 years experience is preferred, and must have own tools and vehicle.
MINIMUM EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIRED:
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Flexibility to be on call and respond to emergencies and work irregular hours if necessary and on short notice. Boiler experience strongly recommended.
