Buspace Studios offers flexible studios/workspace for creative industries within a converted Victorian bus depot in Notting Hill.
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Building Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of one of our flagship multi-let commercial buildings in West London – home to a diverse mix of creative, production, and professional tenants.
This is a tenant-facing, operationally focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from maintenance and compliance to onboarding new tenants and creating a sense of community within the building.
Responsibilities
Be the main on-site point of contact for tenants – handling queries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, cleaners, and maintenance staff to ensure high standards across the building.
Manage health & safety, fire risk, and other statutory compliance requirements (supported by the Group Property Operations Manager).
Oversee repairs, planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance, escalating where needed.
Carry out regular building checks and inspections, keeping clear records.
Support tenant onboarding and departures, including handovers and snagging.
Collaborate with the wider operations team on service charge, capex projects, sustainability, and general improvements.
