We are currently looking for a Building Manager for a North Vancouver site. The Manager is responsible for maintaining a residential high-rise complex.
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and professional individuals.

QUALICIFACTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 year of Building Manager experience
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Excellent time management
• English skills
• Ability to deal with residents and trades in a positive & respectful manner

• Looking after the property, cleaning & maintaining the common area
• General maintenance & repairs of the interior and exterior of the building
• Meeting trades & coordinating access to the building
• Coordination of move in/out
• Programming fobs, buzzer
• Provide weekly and monthly reports
• Administrative and communication skills, writing emails
