Description
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inspections of the property (interior/exterior), and complete minor maintenance such as power washing and building repairs
  • Schedule, meet, and oversee trades and other contractors in the building, ensuring projects are completed in a proper and timely manner
  • Conduct administrative and clerical functions such as managing social room bookings; maintaining records, directories and manuals; distributing and controlling entry fobs; collecting/recording parking and other fees, post notices and enforce Strata bylaws and rules
  • Report building issues and incidents in writing to Strata Property Manager and Strata Council
  • Respond to residents’ queries & requests promptly and professionally and sched resident move-ins/outs
  • Respond to emergencies, assist first responders and execute emergency protocol as needed
  • Perform monthly security inspections & procedures (generators, fire alarm, others) as required
  • Work closely with and assist the Strata Property Manager, the on-site cleaning and front desk team, and Strata Council to ensure a smooth building operatio
