Meriton is seeking an experienced Building Manager to join our residential portfolio in the Sydney Northern Beaches.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role for someone who understands that successful building management is built on trust, communication and accountability. You will develop strong working relationships with the owners corporation, strata committee, strata manager, residents and contractors while ensuring your building is professionally managed, well maintained and presented to a high standard.

The Role

As Building Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, presentation and service standards of your building. Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a key point of contact for the owners corporation, strata committee, strata manager, residents and other stakeholders

n

- Building trusted and professional relationships through clear communication, responsiveness and reliable follow-through

n

- Providing regular updates and reports to the owners corporation and strata committee

n

- Attending strata committee and owners corporation meetings when required
