You will develop strong working relationships with the owners corporation, strata committee, strata manager, residents and contractors while ensuring your building is professionally managed, well maintained and presented to a high standard.

The Role

As Building Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, presentation and service standards of your building. Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a key point of contact for the owners corporation, strata committee, strata manager, residents and other stakeholders

- Building trusted and professional relationships through clear communication, responsiveness and reliable follow-through

- Providing regular updates and reports to the owners corporation and strata committee

- Attending strata committee and owners corporation meetings when required
