JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 10-storey residential building in Victoria, comprising 60 private apartments and a ground-floor retail unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of air conditioning units and Building Management Systems (BMS) who enjoys a hands-on role in property management.

• Oversee daily operations of the building
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance, including air conditioning units and BMS
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high presentation and safety standards
• Ensure health & safety, fire safety, and statutory compliance records are maintained
• Handle resident and tenant enquiries and complaints professionally
• Manage security, access control, and emergency procedures
• Provide reports on building condition, compliance, and maintenance
