Position: Building Manager
Location: 80 Holland Park, London, W11 3SG
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Building Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Have experience working in the high-end residential estate management sector with a good understanding of M&E and health & safety compliance in the residential sector.
  • You are a strong leader with demonstrable experience managing and leading a team.
  • You are an expert in place making, ensuring the estate runs to high standards and the residents are receiving a seamless service.
  • You have experience conducting site inspections, reporting any defect and/or health and safety concerns, and ensuring high site stands (internally and externally).
  • You have high attention to detail, ensuring the development is well presented and in immaculate condition.
  • Manage PPM’s, ensuring any remedials are actioned accordingly, incident reporting and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • You have experience managing hard and soft services contractors and third-party providers, ensuring health and safety requirements are adhered to, relevant documentation is in place and quality assurance.
  • You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and any visitors.
  • You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
  • You have experience managing major works, this includes getting quotations from contractors, reviewing RAMS and managing daily operations etc.
  • You’ll be an expert in dealing with any onsite emergencies or maintenance related issues.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to present / report to our client on a regular basis, updating on onsite operations.
