Salary: $100,000 + Super

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Manager to take ownership of a prestigious residential building in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This is a boutique single-strata-plan building comprising approximately 90 lots, with a high-quality resident profile and beautifully maintained common areas. The role would suit a Building Manager who takes pride in presentation, service and building operations and enjoys working within a well-run, premium workplace.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and presentation of the building, working closely with the Owners Corporation and key contractors to ensure the property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard.

The building also has a number of significant projects underway, including waterproofing and cladding works, making this an excellent chance for a Building Manager with strong project coordination and contractor management experience.

A strong understanding of Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) and essential services compliance is also highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day management of the building and common areas

- Maintaining a high standard of presentation across the property

- Managing contractors, maintenance and service providers

- Responding to resident and committee enquiries

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and ongoing building works

- Conducting regular inspections of the property
