The Professional Services (PS) Hub brings together key customer facing and transactional services across different functions, HR, Finance, Estates, IT and Operational Support. The PS Hub is committed to delivering high quality & efficient services, with a real emphasis on customer experience. The Business Operation Services (BOS) Team brings together administrative & executive support from all teams within VP Offices. This new centre of excellence will deliver a connected and consistent approach to executive and administrative services focused on finance, facilities coordination, committee support and EA/PA services. As one of our new building managers, you will have responsibility for ensuring safe and fit for purpose office space in 5 buildings used by VP Office staff across UCL’s campuses. This is an exiting opportunity to join a newly formed team within BOS.

The new Building manager will be responsible for ensuring each building used by VP Offices is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness, maintenance issues and general appearance and responsible for day-to-day compliance with Health & Safety across VP Offices including and not limited to, acting as a Senior Fire Evacuation Marshall, being a DSE Assessor, keeping accurate H&S records and dealing with any follow up actions as required.
