We’re seeking a Branch Manager passionate about team-driven sales growth in a dynamic, established business providing residential and commercial building material products to homeowners, contractors, and other suppliers.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our retail location. This leadership role is responsible for growing branch-level sales, expanding market share, and overseeing people, processes, and performance across all operational areas—including customer service, deliveries, inventory, facility management, and financial oversight. Previous experience in the building supply industry preferred.
We’re looking for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a team-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail or team management required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in building material supply industry preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
