Description

Maxim Property Services has been serving the Lower Mainland for 7 years and is continuing the growth. We are looking to add Field Operations Supervisors to our team for our regular building and janitorial service needs. We offer benefits, excellent wages and opportunities for growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of secondary education
  • Ability to read and write English proficiently
  • Minimum 2 years experience in handling building operations and maintenance
  • Must have Class 5 Driving License
  • Must be able to provide criminal background check
  • Proficient of MS office and Gmail
  • Speaking Punjabi, Hindi or Spanish will be an asset
  • Versatility and adaptability as the company grows and changes.
  • Must be open to work on weekends as needed. It will not be a hybrid position.
  • Previous experience as a building manager is an asset
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Building Operations play an integral role in ensuring quality and service delivery excellence for our clients.

  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are being met.
  • Supervise and coordinate caretaking teams on various work sites.
  • Support onsite staff with client communications.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for clients.
  • Performing janitorial and building management duties from time to time. Be prepared to fill in as an agent when understaffed and on weekends, as required.
  • Ability to lead teams for large scale building projects.
  • Discuss health and safety protocols with staff and address any concerns promptly.
  • Be vigilant on-site for potential maintenance issues and report to the office such as paint chips, drywall damage, floor maintenance and other concerns.
  • Provide courteous service to clients.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to plan tasks and maintain cleanliness efficiently.
  • Ensure staff are fully equipped with supplies and safety gears.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client appointments.
  • Adhering to company policies, safety regulations and cleaning industry standards to maintain consistency and professionalism in service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on field agents performance and assist with yearly reviews
