As our next Building Safety Administrator, you will deliver seamless, proactive support to our Building Safety team. You will manage the team inbox alongside a variety of administrative tasks including, onboarding properties on to relevant programmes, minute taking, raising works and purchase orders and supporting colleagues with customer communications.
With high levels of attention to detail and strong IT skills, you will be enthusiastic, a great communicator and able to work collaboratively and aiming for continuous improvement.
This is a great role for an administrator looking for that next challenge or for someone in Housing wanting to gain more insight into Repairs and Maintenance.
