Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Building Safety Manager, you’ll lead on structural and fire safety across our higher-risk residential buildings. You’ll oversee the day-to-day safety of our residents’ homes, making sure everything we do complies with building safety legislation and beyond. Working closely with project teams and fire engineers, you’ll develop and submit Building Safety Case Reports to the regulator, arranging inspections, fire risk assessments and responding to regulatory requests as needed.
Your role will also involve regular audits across our 37 high-rise buildings, challenging technical information where appropriate and making sure follow-up actions are implemented quickly and effectively. A big part of your work will be engaging with residents, making sure they are heard, keep informed and most importantly feel safe in their homes.
