THE OPPORTUNITY:

WSP is currently seeking a Building Sciences Coop Student during Winter 2026 to join our Buildings group, located at our Toronto office at 25 York. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Sciences, this position will be responsible for conducting site reviews and subsequent reporting while assisting our Junior and Intermediate Engineers on projects related to the evaluation and planning of renewal of existing building systems. These projects are typically comprehensive in nature and include all building systems including, but not limited to: structure, cladding, windows, roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. This position will provide a large range of exposure and understanding of the various building systems.
