Perform checks of mechanical and utility rooms during the shift. Monitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety. Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas. Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours. Access control at all entry and exit ways Report every incident and tenant complaint to the client Conduct general patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hour Respond to emergencies on a required basis Record readings from utility meters as needed.
